Youth Team System

This is our product for groups of children between the ages of 12 and 16.

The purchase of this product includes:

• Our DMS Methodology which can be found in our downloable PDF training manual along with 12 complete training sessions
• Online access to an instructional video to help guide you through our programmes
• 10 DMS Youth Mats which is what you use to carry out the training

This system provides progressive session plans to improve gross motor skills and speed development which can be used with up to 30 children (ages 12-16) in schools and sports clubs.
